• When will I hear back on my application?

   

  We appreciate the time you have taken to apply with us, so we like to make sure your application is read through in detail.

  With this in mind, please allow us up to 3 working days to review your application before we respond. If it's going to be any longer than this will send you an email to update you.

   

• What does your recruitment process look like?

  We want to hire the best talent the market has to offer, so we have a few stages in our interview process to make sure that we pick the right talent, and that the right talent picks us. For anyone who successfully passes the screening call, you'll be invited to an interview. Here's a loose guide as to what that process might look like:
  
  Stage 1: 15 minute screening call with the hiring manager.

  Stage 2: 30 minute interview meeting the team. This isn't set in stone. Depending on the role you've applied for it may get shuffled around a little bit, but we hope it gives you a bit of an idea as to what you can expect.

• Will I need to do an interview task?

  We know interviews aren't everyone's strong point, so to help ensure we don't miss out on top talent, we may ask our candidates to conduct a task. But don't worry, we've made them fun & relevant for the role you have applied for!

• What should I wear to an interview?

  Smart casual is welcome here!

• Where can I park for my interview?

  The office and the warehouse both have suitable parking.

• There are no jobs on your website that suit me but I want to work at Sail & Peg. Can I send you my CV?
