Summer Crew Member | June – September
London & Home Counties
Earn £600–£1,200+ per week this summer
Work outdoors, stay active, and get paid properly for it.
If you’re reliable and up for hard work, this is a chance to make serious money over the summer while working at some of the best venues in the UK.
What you’ll get:
£12–£16+ per hour (depending on performance and reliability)
Long days = high weekly earnings (£600–£1,200+ typical)
Regular work across the full summer season
Work at premium venues (we’re the preferred supplier at many of them – check them out on our site)
Solid team environment – no egos, just good people
No experience needed – we train you properly
Skills that carry forward (problem-solving, teamwork, site work)
The role:
You’ll be part of a crew building and dismantling our Luxury Sailcloth Tents for high-end events.
It’s physical, hands-on work — but it’s varied, outdoors, and you’ll see some incredible locations.
Assist with marquee builds and takedowns
Work as part of a tight, efficient team
Learn how to handle equipment and site setups
Follow safety processes on-site
Who this suits:
Students looking to earn properly over the summer
Anyone wanting extra income alongside other work
People who prefer being active over sitting at a desk
Trades, sports, or practical backgrounds (a big advantage)
What we’re looking for:
Hard-working and reliable (non-negotiable)
Positive attitude
Physically fit
Good team player
Practical mindset — able to get stuck in and figure things out
